I mean, if every single streamer had to be punished for shit talk with their chat, I'm not too sure how many of them would be able to avoid suspension because of that. Frankly, unlike Arthars' situation, Xeno's should have been handled by Twitch, and that was probably going to be ignored. I have no idea if Xeno's account was already flagged, but 10 days of suspension for profanity is quite overboard, especially done outside of the game. Considering how vague the TOS are regarding this, it seems that the moment a streamer use the S word or the F bomb, they could be at the receiving end of a temp ban. However, in Xeno's case, he wasn't banned for Harassment, but merely for "vulgarity", which is quite alarming to say the least. Considering his influence in that specific situation, you could argue Arthars instigated, albeit involuntary, the following harassment that lead to his ban. In Arthars' case, his actions ultimately made people harassing the victim (JP people shit talking the BLM in-game, BL and kicking them out of PF and so forth). People keep mentioning Arthars, but considering what the GM has stated, the situation is quite different.
